The Montgomery County Council is seeking an experienced Contractor to lead in the
implementation of the Council President’s mental health initiative. The Contractor will be responsible for
working closely with County agencies, departments, and community partners and organizing events for
community engagement. The initiative aims to uplift the resources available in the County, improve
access to services, and identify gaps and challenges, while promoting overall mental well-being and
reducing stigma surrounding mental health.
