The County, through the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Public Health Services, seeks a Contractor to provide oral health treatment and education for elementary school students and parents. The Contractor must seek to expand dental care access, improve oral health outcomes, and reduce health disparities concerning residents living in Montgomery County.
