The scope of services contained herein is intended to outline the general contractor requirements under this Informal and any resultant contract that may be executed as a result of this solicitation. The listed scope is not all inclusive of the services that may be required under any contract, which may be issued as a result of the Informal.

A. Between March and September, the Contractor shall perform goose and snake management services daily in accordance with all federal, state and local laws, as the following locations:

i. Bethesda Outdoor Pool

ii. Germantown Outdoor Pool

iii. Long Branch Outdoor Pool

iv. Martin Luther King, Jr. Outdoor Pool

v. Upper County Outdoor Pool

vi. Western County Outdoor Pool

vii. Wheaton/Glenmont Outdoor Pool

B. Contractor must obtain, at its expense, all licenses, permits, insurance and government approval, if required, necessary to the performance of its obligations under the resulting contract from this solicitation.

C. Geese Management includes egg addling, nest removal and other services must follow the Humane Society of the US protocol at all times.

D. Snake Management includes inspection and removal of snakes on grounds and buildings.
