The Montgomery County Office of Community Partnerships (“OCP”) operates The Gilchrist Immigrant Resource Center (the “Center”), which provides vital immigrant services to the community, including the Citizenship Preparation Program (“Program”), an instructional program to help Montgomery County residents prepare for citizenship interviews. The Program prepares students with the English language skills and U.S. history and civics necessary to apply for and pass the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services naturalization interview.
