Scope	SCOPE OF SERVICE Contractor shall provide secure and confidential destruction of County documents on an on-going schedule and on as needed basis. Contractor must provide all labor, materials, containers, equipment, to collect and shred materials from County locations. Contractor will provide on as needed basis lockable/secured bins for confidential materials. Contractor will provide a full report on all material destroyed. The contractor will provide the report on the 1^st of each month. The Contractor will provide the weight of the material collected and destroyed/shredded. Reports will be sent to: Department of General Services Division of Central Services 101 Monroe Street, 9^th Floor Rockville, Maryland 20850 Attn: Richard Taylor Contractor will provide Certificate of Destruction to the County for all material destroyed/shredded per location. The Certificate of Destruction must include the number of pounds and date destroyed/shredded. Shredding must be accomplished by crosscut, strip-cut or micro-cut.
