LIBERAL LEAVE

Montgomery County Government offices and departments will remain OPEN Tuesday, January 7, 2020 according to their normal operating schedules with optional LIBERAL LEAVE for non-essential employees effective 2:00 p.m. through midnight.
  • Essential employees must report as scheduled.
  • Non-essential employees must notify their supervisors of their intent to use appropriate leave (see MCtime Resources – Liberal Leave Guidance) without prior supervisory approval.
  • Telework-approved employees who are regularly scheduled to perform telework must be prepared to work, take leave, or a combination of both. Telework-approved employees not scheduled to telework may request unscheduled telework from their supervisor for all or, in combination with leave, part of the work day.
