1. The box indicating that “In Addition, Montgomery County is seeking abatement of this infraction” is marked;
2. Your court date has passed and you failed to appear at court or pay the fine amount prior to the court date; or
3. You have received a Notice of Civil Judgment from the District Court of Maryland.

By paying through this site, you will be assessed a convenience fee, which is retained by the vendor. You may choose to pay your citation without a convenience fee, by either paying in person at the Office of the County Attorney, 101 Monroe Street, 4th Floor, Rockville, Maryland 20850, by cash, check or money order or by sending a check or money order, payable to the Montgomery County, Maryland, to :
